Not good service from Waterloo shop 8/2025. Apprentice installed a/c poorly and coil whistles on startup. Bad Lennox coil but they don't care. Request for warranty service so far ignored. They say office will call. NO CALL!! Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.

This service company charged me $678 Cn to pump refrigerant into an HVAC system with a major leak, and which had no pressure at all. I would have expected a professional tech to advise me it was a waste of money. They refused to refund the money, or even give me a credit for the amount spent toward a whole new system, valued ~ $4000. Addendum: I was led to believe the 'top,up' would last 1 year, with the explanation the system was like a car tire, that would gradually leak all the gas; it didn't even last one day!
