Hands down the best service I have received from any company. My furnace wasn’t working in my commercial store. Eric and Cam went above and beyond trying everything to get my unit back to full operation as soon as possible. It was such a hassle to find a company that does commercial units, and would actually show up. Until I found these guys. Truly grateful for all the help I received

Not good service from Waterloo shop 8/2025. Apprentice installed a/c poorly and coil whistles on startup. Bad Lennox coil but they don't care. Request for warranty service so far ignored. They say office will call. NO CALL!! Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.
