Their marketing platform is so well-designed and intuitive, but what we love most is how helpful and available their team is! There wasn’t an option to cancel my month to month subscription online, no customer service email only a phone #. I was outside of business hours so couldn’t call. Forgot later because I am a small business owner. They refused to cancel the last charge once I did call even though I haven’t used their software for months and will not be using it for the month I just paid for. I have been a customer for 8 yrs.
