Truly mystified by some of these low-star reviews, because my interactions with both this doctor and her staff have been uniformly excellent. I self-referred myself to Dr. Zhou because she accepted my insurance, and I'm so glad I did. Would recommend not seeing this specialist if you have a choice between her and others.
I wish I could write a review of Dr. Zhou - but I couldn’t get my referral past her scheduling staff. My prior ENT had retired, I had my PCP make a referral. Las Colinas ENT never acknowledged they received the referral, I had to call them - they told me the referral fax was incomplete and for me to tell my PCP. Please RECONSIDER before going to her office. The office staff is ratchet and disorganized. They don’t answer the questions being asked. They’re super rude. Constance was fine. She’s not rude like her staff but she doesn’t help either. It’s a pain having to deal with them. Dr.West is a better option even if you have to pay out of pocket it is absolutely worth it if you can afford it.
After initial visits in regards to Sinus issues, I followed up with CAT scan imaging and another office visit, she suggested Surgery. After trying to reach her office 3 times to schedule, I was never contacted by her Staff. Previous patients complained about the same issue. Today I went in to request my files to be sent to UTSW for follow up and Surgery. Very disappointed and no faith in her practice.
She is a huge waste of time and doesn't actually seem to get anything done with any urgency.
I was very happy with Dr. Zhou. I found her to be knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately, some of the staff she has working in her office lack professionalism and courtesy. Alyssa, who handles her insurance and billing is the rudest person that I have encountered in a very long time. She was very rude during my initial phone conversation with her and was mocking me to her coworker when I walked in for my appointment. I will be searching for a new ENT to avoid her.
Dr. Zhou is an outstanding physician. Explains any treatment fully. A great listener and very professional. I would highly recommend her for any ENT needs.
Dr. Zhou is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
