None of my concerns were ever addressed and I felt constantly judged and disrespected every time I went in. My braces were taken off to early and I was given a retainer that didn’t fit properly, but again they never cared about fixing it. Now I have to save up because insurance won’t cover a second set of braces. Look honestly anywhere else, this place isn’t worth the hassle.
I have never been to an orthodontist before and I was recommended by a friend to come here. What a great recommendation it was! They are very kind, prompt, caring, reasonable and friendly!!! Dr Brown even called me herself a few days later to see how I was doing with my new braces!!! That’s just about unheard of! Very happy with these ladies and I’ll definitely be back (for the next 2 years at least lol).
Dr. Brown has been wonderfully patient in working with my active 9 year old boy! He had cancer remived from his cheek, causing trauma to his mouth that resulted in his teeth not growing in where they should. This makes his speech difficult to understand. She insisted on gifting us his orthodontic care. We are so blessed by her entire team!
Dr. Brown and her staff are wonderful! They make sure Isaac is well cared for and has everything he needs for his braces. Thank you!
