First of all the place is clean and spotless. The staff are professional and well trained. And my primary care doctor/NP, Constance Bonnet is the best. My Mom thinks she's just wonderful Thank You Oak st health. Conveniently located 5 minutes away!
Ms. Constance Bonnet, DNP. She is the best person I have came across in the medical profession, she makes me feel more of a friend than just a patient. Her warmth is felt the minute I walked through the facility. She listens to me when I have an issue with my health. She will let me know what is the problem or she will give me a referral to see a specialist in the field. I thank God for this wonderful woman. She is a blessing to the facility. Thank you so much for caring about my health and being a wonderful person.
My Primary Physician Dr. Bonnet is a True Professional She Hears and Listen to all my Concerns And she Always informs me on what I should do and what I shouldn't do to resolve my Medical Issues... We also Discuss my visits to my other Physicians... And that let me Know she is reading my Chart for Comments and Concerns from my other Doctors... My Primary Physician Dr Bonnet is one of a Billion !!! That Cares and Show Kindness to her patients. I'm Grateful to have such a True Professional...
