I stayed here for 2 years. I gave it a chance but it was awful. When my daughter was 18 months I notice some speech delays. So I asked Dr. Ofei to give us a referral for speech therapy. She refused and said I was overreacting. She said if my daughter was still delayed by age 2 she would do it. At the 2 year check up she put us off again, until 2 1/2. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with her staff And lack of follow up regarding my son's ADHD medication expiring weeks ago and them not sending the refill order to the pharmacy. Callled multiple times and so has reliance pharmacy with zero response, It’s clear they don’t prioritize patients, making what should be a simple process a frustrating nightmare. Avoid if you value your time and sanity!
Was looking for pediatrician close to home. Unfortunately this place is not accepting new patients with state insurance.
Have loved dr. Ofei. She has taken time to listen to my concerns with my kids and understand and is patient with my own anxiety regarding my kids. However her office staff and MAs are some of the most unprfessional, rude, and condencending staff I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They are very argumentative and rude. I have even been yelled at by the MA and then she lied and documented her lies in my kids medical charts!!!.
