Had an appointment at noon. Arrived 10 min early. Had a stack of paperwork to fill out. Took 40 min to fill out paperwork. Once paperwork was complete I was informed the tester had gone to lunch and would be back in a couple minutes to get me started. It took over an hour to get in and get the test started after my paperwork was filled out. If you’re going to take lunch breaks then schedule appointments accordingly so people don’t have to lose unnecessary time out of their day.
