Our house itself is fine, but the amount of gravel that was left throughout our yard and allowed the sod company to set the sod itself onto the gravel is ridiculous, frustrating etc… It looks awful. We were told that they would come back and reseed our yard more than once that hasn’t happened!! Be very careful if you decide to buy with Consort.

Overall, I good experience! There were a few things that we were told would be corrected, but were not! All things considered, we would build with Consort again!!!
Highly recommend Consort Homes as a builder. The build great homes with a variety of floorpans to fit everyone's needs. They are professional, caring, consider all needs of the buyer and make the entire building process fun! Build a great forever home with Consort!
