The tale of trying to get a HIV test done: -Showed up at 0800 for HIV testing -Was told by reception they wouldn’t be ready until 0830 -Wait until 0845, go back to reception -she tells me they need to order the test -me in my head “ why tf did you tell me they would be ready at 0830!” -I ask if I can just go to a private lab and turn in the results -reception looks at me like I’m crazy and says no -other receptionist goes to check in the lab department -comes back and says the medics aren’t even there (I thought doctors did ... read more
CTMC never answers the phone what so ever. Some of us work and don’t have the time to go in and make an appointment. This is ridiculous.
Staff went out of their way to square away some paperwork for me. They were quick, professional, and helpful. Way better than Sledgehammer TMC
