They are always super friendly and quick to work with!
I used this company a year ago to fully equip a remodel (in excess of 12k). They sent the wrong component to the shower stall and would not resolve the situation without additional cost, since I had already paid. I was in two days ago to have them warrant a garbage disposal and they sent me to the manufacture to resolve it myself. Unfortunately this seems to be a sign of the times. Good products backed by poor customer service. It won't last forever Consolidated!
