My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Andrew today. The water coming out of our main shower head has reduced to a drizzle and we assumed we had to replace the entire shower system. Andrew suggested we take the shower head off and soak it in vinegar to see whether there is improvement before spending money on a new one. I used this company a year ago to fully equip a remodel (in excess of 12k). They sent the wrong component to the shower stall and would not resolve the situation without additional cost, since I had already paid. I was in two days ago to have them warrant a garbage disposal and they sent me to the manufacture to resolve it myself. Unfortunately this seems to be a sign of the times. Good products backed by poor customer service. It won't last forever Consolidated!
