I needed a 12" sch 40 PVC cap, or an alternative solution for closing off a dry well made of 12" Sch 40 PVC. 2 salesmen helped me by walking through their warehouse and discussing various alternatives, and possibly finding a solution for me. They spent 15-20 minutes searching for alternative solutions since they did not have a 12" Sch 40 cap in stock. Their ideas and search efforts led me to an answer for my problem.
