We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Consolidated Supply here in Bend. Claire’s communication and promptness are next level. She works hard and consistently helps us stay on schedule. There have been multiple times they’ve saved us with materials, shower sets, Toto fixtures, and even commercial equipment when we were in a pinch. Alyssa and Brian are awesome as well, always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Ladies in the front were helpful right away, directing me to the back counter for parts. My beef is with the Hispanic fellow at the counter with ONLY attitude. I asked for a garbage disposal connection neck bracket or whatever it’s called and he was playing dumb and just not at all helpful. If you’re unhappy with your job, quit. Thanks 🫡

I was really disappointed in my experience with Consolidated. The in person interactions and selection process for my project were great, but delivering on the order was a huge failure. After several months of having selected the items, we were informed that many of them were out of stock right as we needed them for installation for inspections.
