We have been owners for over 13 years. Their customer service department is very rude.
I've worked with Consolidated Resorts' Contracts Dept on two recent Maui timeshare purchases and I've found all of their staff to be provide excellent customer service. They've been very responsive, helpful, professional and friendly.
