I wish I could give negative stars! Unfortunately the owner inherited my property from the previous owner. The absolute worse experience renting my house. Extended my lease without my permission because she was selling the tenant a property that she would eventually collect a commission on. Allowed Pit bulls on the property when it was explicit that no animals were allowed, did not conduct inspections of the house, and made every excuse under the sun of why all of this stuff has occurred. If I could give them no stars I would. The biggest con artist ever. Don’t trust anything that anyone and I mean anyone says at this company. Also she took my whole deposit after she told me we would get it back. Make sure you get everything in writing and notarized.
