Really rude the customer service!
At first this office gave a good impression. Mindy, the nurse was very helpful. However, everything after that moved at an absolute snails pace when I have a serious condition. I had to continuously call over and over to get any information and it took days for a callback. Normally an office will call to tell you test results look good or we need you to come in for a follow up appointment so we can discuss. First visit with Dr Mike today and happy and relieved to say my search for a new PCP is over. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I have multiple chronic health issues and he took the time to consult me on each one and put together an amazing game plan for me. I have no doubt he will work in conjunction with my different specialist's to get my health back on track. I feel optimistic about my health for the first time in a long time. Thank you Dr. Mike and also to your friendly staff!
The most comfortable Doctors office I have ever been in. Very laid back atmosphere, no long waiting period. Dr. Wall's office is very cool and personable, not your normal doctor office. Dr. Wall is very patient and considerate, and in no rush to get to the next patient. They don't make you feel like your just another number. They also have a inexpensive program if you don't have health insurance, or if you cant use your regular insurance because your out of state/out of network.
This was my first time seeing Mike & as a nervous teenager I thought he was very caring and gentle. I would recommend him to anyone.
