Used consolidated to install a hot water heater. The tech was very knowledgeable, explained to me everything he did and why he did it. Would highly recommend them
We used the company for a plumbing inspection on a home under contract with 10 days due diligence. Inspection occurred on 2/9 and we were told we would have the DETAILED report by the next day, no problem. We received an invoice on 2/14 with a 3 sentence report. The plumber spent 30 minutes on property, charged us for 2 hours and the company didn’t send an itemized invoice to show us where the extra cost came from.
