I had a helpful experience here with the staff regarding paperwork. They were able to pull and share a pathology report from two years past for me. CPC made it really easy to get and share the report and I was relieved.

I’ve been trying to sort out billing for this location. I called yesterday and they mentioned they’d be able to recall from collections so I could have them re-run my insurance. They also agreed to a discounted service. Today I called back and they told me entirely conflicting information. This location is hostile to the patient and unhelpful.

i just got a bill from a collection agency!! they screwed up - not billing my medicare but sending it to my old insurance.
