The Lab Techs are friendly, make you feel comfortable & are very good at what they do.
The extremely rude Phlebotomist kept yelling at me about my bad veins, which I told her in advance. She then got a sample not large enough for the tests that I needed so now I have to go again to get more blood drawn. She refused to do a second stick in my other hand. I will not be going back here. It's the third time the same older women was rude to me.
They have always been very nice and professional with me. Thank you😊
11-24-2021 at 2:30pm I went in as my doctor instructed me to have my blood drawn and I rung the bell once but I didn’t hear anything n I rung it twice so this old white female started being very disrespectful to me n she said nope I’m not drawing her blood nope u do it n then this black female comes in with so much attitude didn’t even apologize for the unprofessional way I was treated n she told me to leave that I can’t have my labs drawn there but o no I won’t stop until they are stopped.
