This review is about the lab 858 monument road jax fl. about a year ago i had labs done and the tech dropped the vials of blood and broke.. blood redrawn. 3 months later doctors labs orders were "lost" all THREE orders. The arnp at doctors office very competent. 3 trips from my home to doctors office about 70 miles+ since lab orders cant be mailed. lab also lost the fax copies, 4/8/21 had labs drawn.4/15/21 drs appointment. no labs results received. 4/16/21 i called lab on monument road lab. was told i would have to call ce... read more
