Very knowledgeable company of 30+ years with seasoned technicians that provide a great service. Warranty on repair was the best in the area after calling around. They work on a wide range of appliances and televisions so I know I will call on them again in the future!

There is no way to get service. They are an "authorized" service center, whatever it means. It practice, it implies that you have to go via 1-800-SAMSUNG to create a "service ticket." However, you can spend any amount of time holding the line at this 800 number and still get nowhere. And when you call Consolidate Electronics directly, they won't help. So, you are on your own.

This company is excellent! My washer broke and since it is only 3 years old I decided I would get it fixed. I had another company out who's name I wont mention and they told me the washer wasn't worth fixing because it would be too expensive to do so. I figured I would get one more opinion before buying a new machine. Anthony from Consolidated Electronics came out and had my machine up and running in 20 minutes! After I described my problem the gentleman advised me to not repair my tv as the repair would cost nearly as much as a new tv. I trusted his diagnosis because A) he asked very intelligent questions that led me to believe he's seen this problem many times and B) he has nothing to gain by turning down my business. I appreciate a business that takes the time to give me as much information as possible over the phone.
