I purchased a $30-$40 transformer there today for $270. I did this because I was in a rush and needed something quick. The purchased transformer did not have the amperage I needed, so I needed to take it back and exchange it for another. (this happened thru bad communication between to two of us.) Even though there was nothing wrong with the transformer I had purchased they refused to exchange it. Yet they wanted me to keep the original and purchase yet another even higher priced transformer.
