**REPLY TO OWNER'S REPLY: Again, your employee states the item is "NEW", It was NOT "New". NEW items don't have missing screws or have been repaired. A NEW Bosch diswashera should last many years without issue. It would have cost me more than I paid for it to have the unit uninstalled and transported back to you, then transport the replacement back to me and reinstalled.**** NOTHING HERE IS "NEW", as Brenda Advertises on FB.
