Terrible company. Emails and calls were from homeowners were not returned. association bills were paid late which incurred late fees. They never reimbursed us. Our water was shut off at the pool for non-payment. Contacted for twice a week on site visits. Never happened. Overall, this is a terrible company.
The worst property management company our community has ever had. Bills were paid late with late fees. The water at our community pool was shut off for non payment. Contracted for twice a week onsite visits which never happened. No response to phone calls or emails from homeowners. I could go on and on. Terrible company.
