I have been a member of Consolidated Community Credit Union on NE Sandy, for years. They are exceptional in every way. There is the warmth and neighborliness of being a smaller banking institution, combined with exceptional skill and customer service. Justin Mitnick is the worst. Horribly unprofessional, rude, bully. If CCCU cares about its members they will reprimand and terminate him. Additionally, the Providence Credit Union merger with CCCU has been a complete cluster and he would rather argue with you then admit this, and take accountability. They are not a member of the BBB and have circumvented oversight by the state of Oregon as they do not have jurisdiction so if you ever disagree, they can do whatever they want to you with your money and assets. I've been a loyal customer of CCCU since I arrived to Portland in 2018, they offer a very great service and their team treats you very well. I just asked for a car loan and Maddie Hyndman was amazing to work with. We were on a tight timeline and she expedite the process so we can make our dreams true. I will continue to be a loyal customer for a long time!

Always such a great experience banking with CCCU. Nothing an email or a phone call can’t help with! Natasha M helped me update my name on my account with ease with amazing turnaround time. She was professional, efficient and kind.
