I have been a member of this credit union for several years now and I continue to be impressed with their attentiveness. The associates are knowledgable and strive to make sure I receive the best possible service and best that there is to offer in banking.
Asked them to close my account on October 28th, over the phone, Hannah emailed me for confirmation, I replied immediately and got an out of office automated response, annoying. Its now been over 2 weeks and havent heard a peep, not an email, not my money on check form, nothing. Embarassing.
I received world-class customer service from the Consolidated Community Credit Union (CCCU) Mortgage Dept. I’ve purchased seven homes over the years and CCCU has an extraordinarily streamlined process. It’s the best! My loan officer (Andy Ng) was always available to take my calls. He and his boss felt like friends. Equally important, I got a loan at a terrific low rate. Win-win for me!
