Do NOT move here, it's a trap! It's only been a month and I deeply regret my decision to sign a lease here. There have been issues since day 1, however my BIGGEST problem is the WATER DAMAGE which has been unaddressed for almost 3 weeks. It is not a few droplets here and there, but rather a steady stream of water which flows out of the windows and brick walls. DO NOT RENT FROM RIVER LOFTS. I have been here for 2 weeks and this is the WORST leasing company I have ever had. Maintenance closes tickets without addressing them and the leasing manager will not return phone calls or emails! Try calling the resident service line? No one answers it or returns the call!
