I have played cat and mouse TWICE at night trying to kill mice YES MICE and also finding roaches not just on the floor, on the wall, doors, the kitchen and even my bathtub. Do Not Rent Here… save your money and find a better property. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I moved into this apartment complex on January 24, 2026. Since moving in I had no heating in my apartment. Told the Leasing and Resident Services Office and they never fixed the issue all they did was put me on emergency heat for over a month and that fried the unit. Additionally I also have had no AC in my apartment, I have put in multiple work orders to have it fixed and they state they fixed it but it but the unit won’t ... read more
EDIT: moved out in February and have still not received my security deposit. Talked to them SEVERAL times and the response is always “what’s your forwarding address” after promising a full return due to extensive damage and poor management I wish I could go back and not choose to live at this apartment. In the first 8 months my unit had 7 separate water leaks, including 1 major pipe bursting that occurred while out of town. I have lived at this apartment complex twice, most recently since 2020, and the condition and management of this property has steadily declined. As a disabled veteran, I expected at minimum a safe and properly maintained living environment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. During the snowstorm, the steps leading to the parking lot were not properly cleared or salted.
