I would not suggest anyone to live at these apartments. My air conditioning has been out for almost a month with no one coming out to fix it. Also, communication from the management office is terrible, with no one ever answering the phone when you call. They also do not have a good attitude when speaking with you when you approach them in person. Maintenance is unreliable, the office is HORRENDOUS at calling or emailing back. It took two months of emailing and calling and I eventually had to physically to into the office to get my email update bc no one checks the resident portal. When I told the front desk person this she suggested I call in instead. You ask for documents to be sent to you and- crickets. If I could give 0/5 I would. The amount of issues we have had since day 1 of living here is ridiculous. Day 1 AC was not working took them multiple hours to send someone with a portable AC till the next day because the weather was bad is why the maintenance guy told me he was late. There was paint all over the floors they had to clean up which there is still spots here and there. They had to come repaint a bunch of sections.
