Terrible place to live nothing works. Can’t get in touch with anyone most of the time and when you can it’s a problem to them. Thefts all the time, mopeds stolen, over 10 cars broken into one day in a parking garage you have to pay to park in. No cameras work elevators don’t work lights messed. I could keep going don’t suggest moving into any of the RIVER LOFTS APTS. they all are terrible I’ve had multiple packages stolen. Water leaks. I could still keep going. My hot water heater and central heating system went out over the weekend. They promptly fixed both issues. They kept me well informed about the timeline for each repair. Additionally, they offered me and my family an empty apartment to use the hot water until my hot water heater was fixed. They even provided me with a heater to keep my family warm during the repair.
Mold issues. Poor management. Unreliable staff. My wife was given the wrong parking pass by the office, and her car was towed even though she parked in the correct lot. This nearly caused her to miss an important doctor’s appointment, forcing her to take an Uber, an expense they initially refused to reimburse. To make things worse, the staff wrote down the wrong address for the tow yard. We went to the location they provided only to be told the car was somewhere else. EDIT A MONTH LATER: none of my concerns have been addressed yet, the elevator will now trap you inside randomly and the flashing light is still not fixed. the elevator is broken (again) so I used the stairs, in the stairs there is a flashing light. I have epilepsy and had a seizure in the stairway today. when we talked to the office they were very dismissive and we even saw them giggling once we got out of earshot. this is not the first time someone with seizures has had issues in this apartment complex.
Lawrence did a great and efficient job resolving my plumbing issues and getting my water heater replaced! Similarly, Natalie has done a great job communicating the dates and times of scheduled maintenance while I got numerous repairs done. The complex is pretty old and frequently requires maintenance due to leaks that pop up.
