During their 41 years in business Ed and Barbara Grayson have had the opportunity of servicing Jaguar's for both the enthusiasts and the every day driver. They have enjoyed every aspect of the marque and have been involved in the Jaguar clubs both local and national. I was extremely happy with the Professionalism and care and attention that this shop did for my jaguar. Somebody hit and ran my car while I was out of town at a funeral. I was devestatrd to say rhe least, the entire front of my jaguar was ripped off including my light connections. Within a day the mechanic here was able to go above and beyond and do the best He could to get the lights working and the bumper completely put back on, enough for me to function until I'm able to get the body work done.They were really genuine her... read more
Very impatient and rude customer phone service from a lady who answered. Not a welcoming tone and didn't even sound like I would want to go there with my car, even if offered.
I was referred to Consolidated by the local jaguar dealer as the dealer doesn’t work on older jags.. these folks are quite simply one of the best repair shops I’ve encountered in a long long time! Bernd took the time to listen to my concerns and also he pointed out where all the squeaks and rattles were coming from.. he found a small leak in the overflow tank as well. The shop has close relationships with a local muffler shop and they were able to fabricate a new exhaust system while the car was in the shop totally excellent... read more
