I worked with Jorge to transfer a building permit to another contractor because my seller decided to sell and not finish her house. What I noticed with working with Jorge is that he is very communicative, responsive and does what he says he will do. In Florida that seems to be rare even though it should not be. Working with Jorge was a pleasure and the transition was very smooth. If I need a general contractor, I will reach out to Jorge and recommend using Jorge. Tim Pawloski Keller Williams Realty

We had a really complicated remodeling job in our kitchen and garage. All was done on time without any issue. Anything that popped up during was dealt with smartly! Mainly because the GC was always present on site. Plus we used their great taste and recommendations to at the same time fix few other repairs not part of the main scope. They are professionals. I shall surely use them again for any future projects. Thanks Jorge Y Fernando

I cannot recommend Jorge and Consmart Construction enough! Jorge is knowledgeable, honest and has great communication throughout the whole project! He makes sure everything is done perfectly with great quality and the highest standards. His team is trustworthy and professional. Our project was finished quickly as we had very strict deadlines to move in. It was such a great experience and we will definitely only use this company in the future. Thank you Jorge and team!
