I had a great experience with Madeline at Consistent Therapy. I have seen her years an she is so professional, she has provided me with tools, she has helped me in so many ways. I could not recommend her enough!

On April 30th, I booked an appointment with Ms. Cintron-Hall for a family counseling session, through my insurance company. The appointment was to be on May 7th, at 2pm. Ms. Cintron-Hall confirmed the appointment on April 30th. On May 6th, at 2:25pm, Ms. Cintron-Hall canceled the appointment, without explanation. She had a week to make that decision, but chose to wait until the last minute, severely limiting the resources I had available to me to reschedule in a timely.
