What may once have been a decent enough company now, simply, is not. The manager (Dan) is fairly reasonable to deal with directly, but those under him are in general rude, uncommunicative and unreliable. In my 3 years with them, all problems that arose where Considerate attempted to support resulted in overcharging for either hours or took actions that were unnecessary (both times not informing or consulting beforehand, even when it exceeded the value at which they are supposed to contact the landlord). Highly unprofessional.
You may take care of your buildings. But you may also want to take care of your vehicles. Is a concerned citizen u would think a commercial vehicle would have pre trips done on it and may have been missed but one of your trucks with a dump box on the back around 1:02 PM Wednesday is missing a break light as well as No left, turn single light. Coming up Smythe street and taking a left hand turn on Prospect street.
Do not rent! They will continue taking rent out of your account even after you have moved out. When you call to have this issue dealt with, you are told to call back another time and hung up on. Considerate Property Management seems to have an issue with responding to calls, voice mails or emails regarding anything, and actually following through.
