I called the service on the phone, and right away some bitter lady picked up the phone opening with “no I don’t need a website” so I said “no I was reaching out regarding your cleaning services” then she said in the most rude and condescending tone “mm hmm” I immediately got super ticked off and hung up. I will never give money to someone who treats their clients this way. DO NOT GET HER!!!!
My place was a chaotic mess that felt increasingly overwhelming to deal with. Nadzida was amazing, not only cleaning, but giving me tips on how to not let it get to that state again. A huge weight off my shoulders!
Nadzida does great job. She is very thorough and efficient, knowledgeable about cleaning products, tools and approaches. She cares to not damage any of the surfaces. I am glad I found her.
Nadzida was very easy to communicate with and was available for a routine cleaning within a few days notice. She was very professional and prioritized areas based on need & how dirty they were. Thank you!
Nadzida was fantastic! She accommodated a move out clean two days before the end of the month and even was able to adjust her schedule the day before to work around my last minute changes. The job she did was great and the apartment looked as though no one had lived in it for the last 14 months. I would highly recommend Consider It Done Residential Cleaning and Housekeeping to anyone!
