They say they include the details about how they bill you and thats a lie. They have increased my water by double and cant show me the formula used or the total amount of water consumption to justify doubling my water bill. Went from 67 dollars to 123 in 3 months for no reason. This is a scam company and isn't transparent with billing and will lie to your face and claim they are doing everything correctly. Witch is false. This company needs to go to court for another class action law suit and be shut down ASAP.
If there was a way to only give a half of a star this company would still get nothing if possible
Absolutely horrible company. I was FORCED to have Conservice as our utility company because of America Homes 4 Rent (another horrible company) our Utility bill is always ridiculously high. And this company loves to make you pay 2 MONTHS WORTH of utilities in 1 payment. They do this around the 1st of the year every damn year. On 1/1/25 we got 2 ELECTRICITY bills that were due. Now this month (2/1/25) I've received 2 sewer bills, 2 water bills, 2 trash bills, that are due right now. It's very frustrating. And don't bother call... read more
I was straight just hung up on during a call when trying to ask a very valid question about why the Conservice charge fluctuates so heavily from month to month!
This company is extremely dishonest. They do not bill tenants correctly for their utility charges, and when you call them, they come up with various excuses. For example, my water bill in the complex, which is for two people, is $72, while someone in a three-bedroom unit with four people has a water bill of only $43. How could they have calculated that?
