No manager and no maintenance person on site. Tomlinson & Associates refuses to pay their employees a reasonable wage and has an employee turnover rate of roughly 70% last time I checked. Staffing issues have been prevalent the past three to four years I’ve rented here. Though no one is maintaining the property (trash on premises, dog poop area overflowing, common areas neglected, etc.), I have ZERO doubt they will have someone out here to collected their $52,000/month total in rent checks on this property. Update: Ended up moving out after a bad resident manager. She no longer works there, hopefully they hire someone better. Based on my experience, avoid if you have cats. UPDATE 2: paid hundreds in deposits, got $64 back. Definitely avoid, save money and rent elsewhere.
