My daughter moved here after a disturbing experience at a previous apartment, and we hoped this community would be a better fit. The location truly is fantastic - close to beautiful trails and downtown Middleton. Unfortunately, the rent was extremely high and nearly doubled each year until she finally moved out. This place is awesome.. I moved out a few months ago and miss it! Friendly people as neighbors and wonderful office staff (Amy is awesome!). Take advantage of being right next to the conservancy trail!
If you have anyone who lives above you will hear every step they make through headphones and music playing.
I am really enjoying my time living at Conservancy Bend during my first year here. Amy is super responsive with emails and I've met Christopher with maintenance when my filter was cleaned out. Great staff and great amenities at a convenient location. Other tenants are very nice as well! I appreciate that they also allow dogs to live here and have a dog wash in the underground parking lot!
We have been living in Conservancy Bend apartments for about 6 months now and everything has been wonderful. Great Landlord communication, the building is always cleaned, maintained and the neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new modern apartment in Middleton!
