Billy was very knowledgeable and professional.
The Conserva service technician, Jason Ferrara, arrived on time and explained in detail what he was planning to do during his visit. He asked if I had any concerns with the irrigation system and I explained my concerns. He completed his checks and maintenance of the irrigation system in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with this visit.
Isaiah and Jason were the installers that came out on time ( a plus) to install a pump, filter, and canal screen.. They were both Subject Matter Experts in their fields. They explained the product, the operation and the performance of each product, as I asked questions about each item installed and with no hesitation were answered. I just had my front lawn resodded and one zone was not working. Matt came out, diagnosed the problem and with an easy fix to the valve, I was back and running. He programmed my system and checked out my entire yard. I am so appreciative as my husband passed away in March and this took a big load off my back. Highly recommend this company.
