This company gave DOJ an appraisal of my property sight unseen!!! They stated he inspected from the street, which is impossible. The home sits over 600ft from the nearest street. The value he gave had a basis of less than a drive by look. This company and its inspector lack any moral compass or integrity. I’ve now experienced first hand that the years of rumor mill talk, has more truth than lies.
This "appraiser" is possibly the worst appraiser I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been appraising for 10 years. So I know from where I am giving this review. He did an appraisal on my home that is in the middle of selling. He values my home, at minimum 10K under what the neighboring home (exactly the same as mine without the upgrades I did), that was appraised just 4 months ago.
