Jill has an amazing talent for teaching meditation to an overthinker like me! I never thought I would be able to sit for 20 minutes in silence and feel refreshed but I've been doing it every day and have seen amazing results. As an ER doctor this is an essential way to handle stress and life. I highly recommend her tapping sessions as well, they are life changing! You won't regret it!

Jill's 4 day class on meditation was a great experience! I've practiced what she taught us and it's been a wonderful journey. Jill's course is very practical and for me it was personally life changing. I recommend Jill without reservation. If you are not in Atlanta contact Jill to be referred to a teacher in tour area.

Jill’s methods are more simple and intuitive than one might suspect when exploring the benefits of meditation for the first time. If you’ve ever thought “I don’t have time to meditate. There’s no way I can quiet my mind I’ve got way too much going on,” then you NEED to give this a try! The optimal outcome is that you’ll naturally reduce your stress and anxiety, and at the very least, you’ll appreciate the value of taking a little time, a couple times a day, to just stop and be.

My results were almost immediate - I sleep better and have more energy through out the day (just to mention a few). The instruction was excellent and addressed most of the resistance points I had and dispelled some of my preconceived ideas. Her discussion of Adaptation Energy (it's on the home page of her site). perfectly described what I was feeling and the struggle I was facing. Finding Jill was truly a godsend for me! I have practiced & taught yoga for many years, but still live a life filled with chronic stress. Learning how to meditate in a way that is easy & actually feels amazing and relaxing has changed my life! I struggle a lot with anxious thoughts and a general lack of ability to handle change and stress without freaking out. I have been trying to incorporate meditation into my daily life for over a year because I know the benefits are huge, but haven’t been able to find a method that “clicked” with me.
