I had a great experience during my first visit with Miriam Anukam. She was very attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable, heard, and well cared for. I’m happy with my first visit and look forward to continuing my care. Highly recommend!
From Consentia’s booking staff, receptionist, and Dr. Miriam (the provider/doctor assigned to me), this was by far the nicest most positive, nonjudgmental and cheerful uplifting team of employees and medical staff I have ever worked with. They were so accommodating and Dr. Miriam actually listened to me, but without all of the additional unnecessary questions and questionnaires that are 90% non-applicable to me and usually very redundant. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with Kimberly. It was difficult to hear and understand her because of the loud background noise, which sounded like a TV or Netflix was playing during the call. I was simply trying to process a refill, but the call was eventually disconnected and I was transferred to another representative without any explanation. I hope this can be addressed so customers can receive clearer and more professional assistance.
I had a very frustrating experience with Kimberly. I was placed on hold for around 30 minutes simply because I was trying to ask what alternative insurance options I could use, since my current insurance will be expiring soon. The communication throughout the call was also very difficult. I could barely hear Kimberly’s responses, and there seemed to be significant background noise or some other distraction on her end.
