Ran out of oil twice in the past year (my fault obviously) both times I spoke to a very friendly lady over the phone. No BS, no long phone conversation, no rude remarks, got me off the phone quick and efficiently. Driver this last time filling up walked in turned on my thermostat for me and went about his day even though I think that is against policy (had to be done and I couldn’t be home so I am appreciative of the Improvisation) Thank You Conroy Oil, I will use you again and again
I've been a customer for a long time I accidentally ran out of oil I call their emergency customer line And a rude man Wanted to charge me $250 Plus the cost of the oil Because it was Saturday morning So I called another company And they came over and filled me up With no charges very friendly and cheaper
I was not impressed with how this company treated me for a mistake they made. I will never get a delivery from them again.
