I was not happy with a recent order through 1800 Flowers. My delivery didn’t arrive on time but I am very much satisfied with how far 1800 Flowers is willing to go to make up for the problems encountered through local florists. They take responsibility and truly want you satisfied and so they make every effort to make it up to you.
This flower shop was kind enough to help me even though I only wanted a single flower, and I was truly touched by their kindness. I’m Japanese and wanted to give a small bouquet as a thank-you gift to a friend who kindly hosted me during my stay. I looked at bouquets at Costco and Trader Joe’s, but they weren’t quite what I had in mind.
