Anniversary Flower Let Down. Upon receiving the photograph bouquet with the sprayed painted blue leaves. I contacted Conroy’s to see if they had any delphinium in stock. To my surprise they did have it in stock. When I asked why it was t included in my bouquet along with 2 other varieties missing I was told to contact 1-800-Flowers. 1-800-Flowers was very apologetic about the quality and dishonesty of the florist.
