I recently purchased online from Conroys flowers in Newport Beach, and also linked to another Conroys in Irvine. My money and order was processed. I received emails confirming my purchase. As Valentines Day came around. My delivery was never completed, yet I got A email saying it was my flowers never arrived. This business lied to me and ruined my whole holiday. Do NOT buy flowers from ******** of Newport Beach or Irvine. The customer service is nonexistence. The manager, Mort is rude and condescending. The flowers that I received were practically dead once they were delivered. When I went through the process of trying to get a refund they gave me the runaround and communicated the wrong information and NEVER gave me a refund. This company is FRAUD!!!! FIRST ORDER DIDNT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR, SECOND ORDER PLACED ONLINE THE COMPANY TOOK THE PAYMENT THEN STATED THREE DAYS LATER AN ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED! HOW IS THE POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE BANK STATEMENTS AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT STATES THE ORDER WAS PLACE AND PAYMENT WAS TAKEN????

What an embarrassment to receive these flowers on Mother’s Day from my daughter. She cried because what she ordered and what I got were so far apart she could’ve gotten prettier flowers from the market. Then when she calls conroys in Encino they hang up on her constantly. When the guy finally decides to pick up the phone he treats her as if she’s lying. I wish I could send you photos of this atrocious arrangement.

We had ordered a bouquet for a retiree party. We told Conroy’s on Western and Sepulveda in Torrance we wanted a $300 bouquet. We were shocked when we saw what we got. A dozen red roses, dozen carnations and a dozen Ferber daisies plus greenery with chew marks. The most humiliating thing was that they put SATIN ORCHIDS in the bouquet!! Thank goodness we noticed this before the presentation. All together the flowers mentioned above should be about $120 and they charged us $300. Now the manager James will not return my call.
