Very disappointed with the staff. I live in another county have family in that area, we had a death in the family and I'm trying to help my elderly Aunt's get an arrangement . Yesterday I spoke with a gentleman he said he noted everything I wanted that he would leave for the morning lady. I called this morning she was out left message with person who answered.
