We’re from out of town and stopped in for an arrangement to take as a hostess gift. Albert and his daughter were welcoming & friendly, and both of their dispositions were as sunny and cheery as the arrangement she made! What a great shop with a wonderful family/owners!!
Initial encounter was definitely not a good impression as for quality of costumer service and what I have expected. However the shop owner heard about my experience and had reached out to me personally. Super apologetic and asking for chance to make it right!! After meeting with him and his daughter they most definitely made it right and gained a new lifetime costumer when I come into town!! This bouquet looks amazing!!! Thank you so much!!
Thankyou to this lovely flower shop for a beautiful fall arrangement to my girlfriend on her 80th.My phone call from Canada was met with such a kind response promising me he would deliver and he sure did.Just 3 hours later delivery was prompt and a great surprise.Thankyou so much from Canada.
