My vision has been changing so I booked an appointment. Dr.Nazli Sammak was wonderful and I appreciated her taking into consideration my epilepsy along with the staff doing the testing with the quick flash of lights. She explained my perscription and my needs and also was very patient helping me pick frames for my very first pair of glasses. Great experience! Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend.
I chose this business in part due to the excellent reviews I read -- and I was not disappointed. From their ability to get me an early appointment , through Dr Fred's explanation of what the tests showed to the information that Jim gave me about my prescription and glasses the whole experience was worth the 80 minute drive from West Carleton!! I found Conroy Optometric Centre when I was looking for new glasses a few years ago. The opticians were great and an optometrist was walking by and even helped me choose my glasses! I decided to switch optometrists based on this experience and no regrets. I’ve had two babies since, and one scratched his eye and my optometrist Dr Nazli Sammak made time to see him that day. The doctors are all proficient and patient. All staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, appointments are always on time. We have been with them for 20-ish years and are pleased with the experience there.
