My visit to Conroe Smiles was great! The staff was very welcoming and assisted in any questions I had. I would like to thank Ms. Michelle specifically because she explained what she was doing and was going to do during the procedure. She was very polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout everything. Thank You Conroe Smiles for your wonderful service and I look forward to the next visit.

I went in for a scheduled teeth cleaning appointment. I was promptly seen at my appointment time by the receptionist and escorted into the examination room where my Dental Hygienist, Mechelle, greeted me. She was professional and thorough. Dr. Portales examined my teeth and explained that dental work was necessary on a couple of areas. As usual, Dr. Portales was friendly, professional and cordial. I scheduled the work for a future date.

I definitely recommend Dr. Portales and his staff. Everyone that I have met there has been really friendly and very understanding with my dental issues. Visits in the past to a different dentist were something I endured and dreaded. The people at Dr. Portales' office make it something I can look forward to now. They are patient and understanding and that means everything to me. They are truly wonderful.
