Dr. Portales and his Staff make going to the dentist a relaxing experience, whether for something as simple as a cleaning or more involved as having a root canal. The office is always pristine, and everyone genuinely cares about each patient as an individual.

Everyone at Conroe Smiles makes sure they give their patients the personal attention they deserve. I've never been one to be relaxed in a dental chair but I've lost my jitters since I've been going to Conroe Smiles. Dr. Portales takes the time to explain any work I may need. I have never felt he has done any unnecessary work on my teeth. My entire family goes to Conroe Smiles!!!

I have the utmost confidence in Dr Portales at Conroe Smiles. On my first visit, I found out I did NOT need a root canal that another dentist in the area had told me I needed. That was four years ago. I'm very impressed with the honesty and integrity of Dr Portales. His love for dentistry shines through, and the positive, upbeat atmosphere in the office is very refreshing. He's the friendliest dentist I have ever had- quite a credit to his profession!
