By far the best run medical office I've ever seen, (dentist or doctor!) Everyone is warm & friendly. There is such a homey feel, you almost think you're at Doc's house! By the way, I love the Texas decor! Holly (hygenist) was awesome! And Doc is finer than frogs hair! Seriously! I can't put into words how great of a team they are! Thank you Doc Portales & thank you Conroe Smiles!!!
The staff were nice, caring, and explained everything to me throughout the appointment.
The kids and I really liked our hygienists and felt they did a very thorough job of cleaning our teeth. They reinforced the idea of good oral hygiene to my kids. My kids look forward to visiting the dentist!
My dental visit was great. The entire staff is friendly and caring. And I had the most comfortable dental cleaning that I've ever had, even though it was long overdue.
Love the staff and always receive excellent service and care. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care.

Dr. Portales and his staff were able to help me overcome my phobia of the dental chair. His hygienist, Hollie, is thorough, engaging, and makes the visit something to look forward to. That says a lot, coming from someone who hates going to the dentist.
