I found Dr. Portales and his staff very knowledgeable, professional and sincerely caring. Colleen at the Billing Dep even goes over the coverage with your insurance and explain the claim clearly to you. I'm very happy with the service I've received.

My family has been going to Dr.Portales for a few years & I just hadn't made time to take of me(mom). The staff was very understanding & accommodating to my needs. The professissonal & caring way they took care of me made me feel less anxious & happy I made the time to come in. Thank you again for making me feel so comfortable.

Had my teeth cleaned by Frankie today. She did an awesome job! Very thorough. I was taken back right on time and was out in 45 minutes. I don't like going to the dentist, but this was as easy as it gets.
