Ordinarily, I would give a five star review to this doctors office as I love my doctor. Today was different after my pellet appointment. My doctor instructed me to go get lab work drawn for my thyroid (an order that had been in for more than a month, since my last appointment). I signed in as I always do at the lab and sat down to wait, two more patients came up after me and signed We all sat there for more than 10 minutes when I went up to the front desk and asked to make sure that someone was at the lab. Kit at the reception desk is amazing. She was manning the phones and desk by herself, she did this with patience and grace. Exemplary customer service.
