So I got a brand new insurance that is Cigna. I called here asking if they take it...they do. Then at my app they verified and approved it and all was good. I do not recommend this place at all! They sigh and roll their eyes every time I ask questions. I even had a healthcare provider tell me to go home and google my problems instead of them actually helping me! They are saying I had things done that I didn’t and that I owe money after paying my co pay. I have been hollered at by the director of billing because I wasn’t understanding why they added certain things to my bill. I wouldn’t step foot in that place even if I was dying. Dr Koshy and the staff are great! I switched over to CWFM from AFM back in December a few months after Dr Koshy moved and I'm so glad I did! Dr Koshy treats my husband, me and and kids with the same empathy and care. Super down to earth yet still very professional. I was a new pt and saw Ms. Carol earlier this week. I was in and out, the staff was externally friendly and helpful! I needed a referral and they processed it quickly and correctly the FIRST TIME! I felt like I was talking to providers that actually CARE about me and my health, and not just about what they can bill my insurance for. So glad I found them!!!!
My husband and I have been seeing Joshua Dubose for several years and we just love him! He is a genuinely kind and compassionate man who take his time and really listens. He always makes us feel well taken care of. He is truly awesome. Thanks Josh, we so appreciate all you do!
I was supposed to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy and they never received it! I called the doctors office 2x! Guess I need to find another doctors office! Dealing with pain! I guess I will just live with it! Glad I am not seriously sick! Very disappointed that someone dropped the ball and did not do their job!
